1 new weapon: Vortex launcher.

-Added synergy (it has to do with staffs and explosives)

-added alt-fire for fire staff (fire ring)

-added alt-fire for poison staff (poison puddle)

-fixed arrows that crossbow fires(How that flew under my radar for so long is a mystery for me)

Also, no more devlogs for itch.io, I'm planning to move these changelogs somewhere, be it in my game, or discord server.
