The changelog for Indev-4:

Sandbox is now better, and isn't just a lazy spawner

New Overpowered gun added

New "Sophisticated" tier for enemies (not for all enemies avalable right now)

Added almaniac

Added ability to reset your progress

Now you can customize your game (ABILITY TO TURN ON ONLY SPECIFIC ENEMY TIERS DOES NOT WORK CURRENTLY)

I don't remember making any changes to the balance
